I WILL NOT accept projects that contain some of the following:

• club/lounge/party flyers

• witchcraft/new age practices (zodiacs included)

• halloween themes (fall themes is an alternative)

• very immodest attire or any explicit content (swimwear brands please message me)

• promotion of drugs and/or alcohol

• profanity

Services cannot be booked through the website because each design is unique & custom-made. Since the details and pricing can vary, I prefer to discuss your needs first. This way, I can provide an accurate quote. For inquiries and bookings contact me directly.

Every project is different, so I provide custom quotes instead of a set rate. The cost of your project depends on factors such as the amount of time it will take, the level of detail, research, creative planning, and the overall complexity of the design.

When you inquire, please share as many details as you can about your project, along with your budget. Providing your budget doesn't lock you into a price; it simply helps me determine whether it aligns with your project and recommend the best option for your needs. If needed, I'll let you know what adjustments can be made or provide a quote that reflects the scope of work.

My goal is to be transparent, create designs you'll love, and make sure you're getting the best possible value while ensuring every project is priced fairly.

Service trades may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the value of both services is comparable. While this option is not guaranteed, you are welcome to inquire, and we can discuss whether a fair exchange can be arranged.

Same-day/Priority services are not guaranteed; however, you're welcome to inquire about availability. I’ll do my best to accommodate your request based on current workload and project needs. For the best results and pricing, please try to book services in advance.

3 rounds of revisions are included with every service. Additional revisions can be added on to your service and may extend the project deadline.

Please look entirely over the final draft before authorizing the project to be finalized. Any changes after finalization may result in a possible minor change fee or a full-service fee.

If you'd like changes to a draft please provide specific changes, ideas, or insight. Try to refrain from empty phrases such as "Make it pop!" or "Can you do something else, I'll know when I see it." Feedback will assist me in bringing your unique idea to life.

Each service includes one final design, delivered via email. Drafts CANNOT be used under any circumstance! If you'd like to use a draft version it must be purchased.

Both Parties agree to keep all proprietary and confidential information exchanged during the project strictly confidential. Confidential Information includes but is not limited to: Business strategies, financial details, and proprietary methods.

Neither Party shall disclose or use Confidential Information for purposes outside the scope of this Agreement without prior written consent.

The Designer retains the right to use the completed project and drafts in their portfolio and marketing materials. The Designer agrees not to disclose any sensitive or proprietary information provided by the Client. If you have specific confidentiality requirements, please discuss them with me prior to project start.

No, please note that our services are focused solely on design, I DO NOT provide printing services. I recommend researching and finding a printing company or a vendor before booking so you can provide me with the proper measurements and file type(s) needed.

If no feed back or response is received regarding a project within 7 business days, the project will be considered abandoned and will be deleted. Please note that no refunds or credits will be issued in this case.

In the event of termination on the client's behalf: Please note that no refunds or credits will be issued.

Payment is required in full upfront before any design work begins. All sales are final and non-refundable, unless an error occurs on my behalf. You'll have 12 hours to submit payment once the invoice is sent. If the 12-hour window passes, please reach out to confirm availability and turnaround time.

All necessary information, details, and final file type for the requested service must be provided prior to submitting payment. If payment is sent without submitting required details, it will be refunded promptly.

Accepted payment methods will be discussed during our initial conversation. Please note: clients outside of the United States may submit payment through the invoice sent via PayPal only.
