What You’ll Need to Provide?

• Logo files (PNG, SVG, or PDF preferred)

• Brand colors (hex codes or screenshot) and fonts (if available)

• Contact information (name, title, phone number, email, website, location, social media, etc.)

• Any additional verbiage you would like displayed

• Any specific layout preferences or inspiration

Deliverables:

All final files will be sent via email, including:

• Print-ready PDF (a simple, easy-to-open file that printers use to ensure your design prints exactly as intended.)

• JPEG for digital use

Important Notes:

• Printing is not included

• Client is responsible for selecting and purchasing printing services

Turnaround Time:

An exact turnaround time will be discussed during your inquiry and confirmed before the project begins.  The estimated turnaround time is normally 3-5 business days.

Rush or same-day service may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Payment & Policies:

• Full payment is required upfront. You'll have 12 hours to submit payment once the invoice is sent. If the 12-hour window passes, please reach out to confirm availability and turnaround time
