Let’s bring your message to life with a clean, eye-catching design your audience will love.

Whether you’re promoting an event, service, or special announcement, a well-designed e-flyer helps you share your message clearly while keeping your brand looking polished and professional.

What’s Included:

• Up to 4 Images- You may provide up to four professional or high quality images for your flyer. Additional images may increase the final price. Please be sure all images are submitted before payment is completed so your project can begin smoothly. Images must be sent via email.

• 3 Complimentary Revisions- Three rounds of revisions are included to fine tune your design. 

Provide the Following:

• Text Content- All verbiage (headings, details, contact information, etc.) should be provided by you. If you’d prefer help with writing, Copywriting Services are available as an add-on for $15.

• Brand Colors- Please share your brand color codes (HEX preferred). If you’re unsure, feel free to send screenshots of your brand colors

• Inspiration & Creative Direction- Sharing inspiration, sample designs, or ideas you love is always encouraged. This helps bring your vision to life and keeps revisions to a minimum. 

• Flyer Size & Use- Provide dimensions (width x height) or let me know where your flyer will be used (social media, etc.) so it can be sized correctly.

Logo Requirements:

• If you'd like your logo included in the e-flyer design a transparent or vector version of your logo is required and must be sent via email.

• If you don’t have one and would like the background removed (if possible), this can be done for an additional fee.

Turnaround Time:

An exact turnaround time will be discussed during your inquiry and confirmed before the project begins.  The estimated turnaround time is normally 2-5 business days.

Rush or same-day service may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Deliverables: 

1 Final E-Flyer (JPEG- High quality version of your flyer with a colored background, suitable for general use)

• Draft designs are for review only and may not be used or shared. Only the final approved design is intended for use. If you'd like to use a draft it must be purchased.

Payment & Policies:

• Full payment is required upfront. You'll have 12 hours to submit payment once the invoice is sent. If the 12-hour window passes, please reach out to confirm availability and turnaround time

• All verbiage & images must be sent before completing payment.
