  (examples: box, polymailer, shopping bag, etc.)

• Design aligned with your logo, brand colors, and fonts

• Strategic layout for branding, product info, and visual appeal

• 3 revisions

What You’ll Need to Provide?

• Logo files (PNG, SVG, or PDF preferred) & professional or high quality images, if any sent via email

• Brand colors (hex codes or a screenshot) and fonts (if available)

• Packaging dimensions and die-lines/templates from your printer or manufacturer

• Product details (product name, weight/size, ingredients or materials if applicable)

• Required legal or compliance information (if applicable)

• Professional images (if applicable)

Deliverables:

Final file will be sent via email, including:

• Print-ready PDF sized according to your packaging specifications

Important Notes:

• Printing and manufacturing are not included

• Client is responsible for purchasing packaging, printing services, and die-lines

• Verbiage must be provided unless copywriting is added as a separate service

Turnaround Time:

An exact turnaround time will be discussed during your inquiry and confirmed before the project begins.  The estimated turnaround time is normally 4-5 business days.

Rush or same-day service may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Payment & Policies:

• Full payment is required upfront. You'll have 12 hours to submit payment once the invoice is sent. If the 12-hour window passes, please reach out to confirm availability and turnaround time.
