Provide the Following:

To keep the process smooth and stress-free, all information should be submitted in one organized document .PDF or .DOCX file (screenshots will not be accepted). Providing everything upfront helps reduce revisions and keeps your project moving forward.

• Required Details-

  • Target Audience
    A short description of who your website is for. This helps shape the overall design and layout.

  • Page Structure
    A list of page names and what each page is meant to do (example: Home, About, Services, Contact).

  • Content Details
    All written content for each page, along with any features you’d like included, such as: Contact forms, Social media links or feeds, Email newsletter sign-ups

• Professional Images- Professional images must be sent via email or shared in a Google Drive If you have specific image placement in mind, please label images clearly in your document.

• Logos- Any logos you’d like featured should be provided in a transparent .PNG format or vector formats such as .SVG.

• Brand Colors- Hex, RGB, or CMYK codes, or a screenshot of your brand colors if unsure.

• Inspiration & Ideas (Highly Encouraged)- Sharing websites you love or don’t love will help guide the look and feel of your site and minimizes revisions.

• E-Commerce Website Details (If Needed)- If your site will include an online shop, please provide the following for each product:

• Product name

• Description

• Image(s) or video(s)

• Price

• Quantity

• Available options (size, color, length, texture, etc.)

• Product collections or categories

• Login Information- If login access is required, all credentials are used only for design purposes and kept completely confidential. Information is never stored or shared.

Important Notes

• Copywriting is not included unless added on as a separate service

• Hosting, domain purchases, app subscriptions and ongoing maintenance are not included

Turnaround Time:

An exact turnaround time will be discussed during your inquiry and confirmed before the project begins.  A Rush service may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Payment & Policies:

• Full payment is required upfront. You'll have 12 hours to submit payment once the invoice is sent. If the 12-hour window passes, please reach out to confirm availability and turnaround time
