This service is perfect for daycares, early learning programs, schools, educational organizations, educators, mentors, or people looking to sell their own workbook who want a professionally designed workbook for classroom use, digital sales, or print distribution. Whether educational or interactive, your workbook will be thoughtfully designed to be clear, engaging, and visually cohesive.

What You’ll Need to Provide: 

• All verbiage/content- (lessons, prompts, instructions, text, etc.)If verbiage is not provided, a Professional Copywriting Service may be added on. When copywriting is added, creative control of activities and structure is given to me.

• Activity ideas- (worksheets, exercises, games, prompts)

• Inspiration & style references- Providing inspiration helps define the layout style, illustration direction, and overall look while also limiting revisions and keeping the project aligned with your vision.

What’s Included:

• Custom workbook design created in Adobe Illustrator

• Custom illustrations and/or images included

• A maximum of 150 pages per workbook

Printing & Publishing Information (Please Read Carefully)

To ensure your workbook is designed correctly and prints smoothly, all printing details must be confirmed before the design process begins.

You are responsible for contacting your printer or publisher and providing the following print specifications:

• Final trim size (finished page size)

• Bleed requirements, if applicable

• Margins / safe zones

• Binding method (spiral, saddle stitch, perfect binding, etc.)

• Color mode (CMYK or grayscale)

• Page orientation (portrait or landscape)

• Any additional file setup requirements requested by your printer or publisher

All workbook designs are created in Adobe Illustrator and built strictly according to the specifications you provide.

Please note: I do not communicate directly with printers or publishers.

If You Are Self-Printing Provide:

• Desired page size

• Printing method (home printer, local shop, or online service)

• Whether pages will be single-sided or double-sided

If no printing details are provided, the workbook will be designed using standard print-friendly settings.

Print-Ready Design Limitations

• All designs are created in Adobe Illustrator

• Files are prepared based on the print specifications submitted at the start of the project

• I am not responsible for printer errors, formatting issues, or production problems caused by incorrect or missing specifications

Print Adjustments & Revisions

• 3 revisions are included.

• Revisions requested due to printer or publisher requirements after design has started or been completed are not included

• Additional print-related changes may require an additional fee

Payment & Policies:

• Full payment is required upfront. 

• All sales are final, no refunds.
